Your item must be in its original unused and unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
Please email info@advancedskincareacademy.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
Mail your returned item to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and order number.
Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if they are opened due to hygiene reasons.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround:
All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. There may be slight delay at busy times.
Shipping Times:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3-5 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-3 working days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail. We pride ourselves in fast dispatch and professional service, however the shipping times is dependant on Royal Mail. Please allow even up to 7 working days for arrival of parcel before raising complaint

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the price of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide to do so.
